Edlinger (e gli altri) a Bardonecchia nell’ ’86

Un bel video di Philippe Lallet che è un tuffo nella nostra storia, realizzato per un documentario su Eric Escoffier

E’ disponibile qui un bel video relativo a Sportroccia ’86, la seconda e ultima edizione svoltasi a Bardonecchia del primo “mondiale” di arrampicata della storia. L’organizzazione era tutta italiana, opera di Andrea Mellano ed Emanuele Cassarà.

Come già l’anno precedente con il famoso spazzolino di Glowacz estratto per mostrare il margine di superiorità del fuoriclasse tedesco, anche qui c’è un po’ di testosterone, con Patrick Edlinger che arriva no foot al tetto, prima dello show, più naturale, di scioltezza estrema nella rimontata. Ci sono anche Godoffe in qualifica, Raboutou e Ben Moon con le calze in finale e Patrick che vince prendendo al volo la catena, da non perdere!

A nice video relating to Sportroccia ’86 is available here, the second and final edition of the first climbing “world” in history held in Bardonecchia. The organization was entirely Italian, the work of Andrea Mellano and Emanuele Cassarà.

As in the previous year with Glowacz’s famous toothbrush pulled out to show the German champion’s margin of superiority, here too there is a bit of testosterone, with Patrick Edlinger reaching the roof with no foot, before the show, more natural, with extreme ease in the muscle-up. There are also Godoffe in qualifiers, Raboutou and Ben Moon with socks in the final and Patrick who wins by grabbing the anchor, not to be missed!
