Anna Stöhr made the announcement: she is going to leave the competitions after having dominated bouldering for several years. He won the world cup in 2008, 2001, 2012, 2013; has twice won the world championship in 2007 and 2011 and the European in 2010 and 2013. A persistent injury that struggles to heal was the catalyst for a decision that was in the air. But the Austrian champion will certainly not leave climbing because, once healed, she will totally dedicate herself to outdoor climbing.

@innsbruck2018 would've been my last big competition. after my injury in february I've tried everything to make it work but sadly it is not going to happen. I am looking back on an amazing competition career. I was able to travel the world supported by the best team I could've imagined: @austriaclimbing. I met so many inspiring climbers and made friends along the way. I am forever grateful for this chapter in my life. right now it is time to heal up and enjoy climbing outside to its fullest. ° #thankyou ° pics: @wilhelmheiko @thecircuitclimbing
